Belgium did not have an independent office dealing with ship camouflage. The British admiralty provided dazzle designs for Belgian ships. Here are some photographs of Belgian cross channel ferries that were given protective dazzle painting. Note that each ferry has a different pattern.
The ship on the right in the picture can easily be identified as the Russian cruiser ASKOLD. She was unique in having 5 funnels. But the picture seems to show her with contrasting stripes of color amidships. There is no record that I now of showing ASKOLD ever received any such camouflage. The Russian Fleet in the Black Sea apparently used camouflage on some of their ships. Other Russian warships of that era, with one exception, did not try to use camouflage.
