The Italian Navy made individual camouflage patterns for each warship. They used a set of standard colors: Dark grey, light grey, and White. These were also sometimes supplemented with yellow, black, light green, or light blue. The patterns are available in Erminio Bagnasco’s book “la Mimetizzazione delle Navi Italiane 1940-1945”.
In addition to painting the camouflage patterns, I also added red individual destroyer identifiers on the bow and red and white striped air identification marks where appropriate.
