Gaza War 23 May

I watched part of a hair curling video last night. It was created by the IDF mostly by using captured footage from the body cameras of Hamas terrorists who participated in the October 7th massacre. It shows what actually happened to the girl soldiers at Kibbutz Nahal Oz assigned to watching the border using remote cameras. The entire unit was either killed or kidnapped. The IDF made the video for the families of the girls. Those families decided to release the video to the media. I saw a couple of minutes of it. CNN showed only a few sanitized frames. Seeing this and knowing it came from the perpetrators was one of the strongest condemnations of Hamas terror I could imagine. That evil movement needs to be obliterated from the planet. The images of the bloody faces of these young women, most were only 18 or19 years old, is hard to forget.

Later in the same news broadcast I saw Senator Ted Cruz tell US Secretary of State Blinken that the US funded Hamas in the Gaza War. Blinken objected to this, but Cruz was right. The humanitarian aid that the US sends over that floating pier ends up being delivered to Hamas “guards”. Hamas then takes what they want and sells the rest (which cost them nothing) to pay for their war expenses. This has been happening since the beginning of the aid convoys. The US administration knows this. Yet they continue to blame Israel for the “humanitarian crisis” (much of it manufactured by the Hamas propaganda machine) and mask their clandestine support for Hamas. Politics doesn’t just make strange bedfellows, it also makes conspirators and murderers .

Hamas propaganda scored points with the announcement of Ireland, Spain, and Norway that they will recognize “Palestine”. Does that really mean anything?
