The Passover holiday is now over. During the past week little has changed here. No hostages have been released. The IDF has not moved into Rafah. Hezbollah is still launching rockets into Israel.
The US emergency port in Gaza is being assembled. The Turkish “humanitarian” flotilla is underway (with a declared destination in Egypt).
If it tries to move into Gaza, the Israeli Navy can legally stop it, and board the vessels to inspect their cargo (legally!). If they resist, force may be used to get compliance, even to the extent of sinking them. The place where force is being used illegally is in the Red Sea, where Houthi forces are attacking innocent merchant ships without halting them to inspect their cargo. Is anyone really doing anything to bring about an end to this piratical behavior?
