Since the book was released I’ve found more information which I intend to incorporate in a future revised edition. I’ve also found a few errors. This is an errata list to allow people who have the book to make corrections.
Page 125 – The drawings are both for the starboard side. Here is the original port side from the US National Archives.
Page 208 – There is no ship listed with this pattern – Add “ID NONE CONNERSVILLE”
Page 289 – add to ships with this pattern “ID 3697 BOXLEY”
Page 290 – remove “ID 4449 BAXLEY”
Page 323 – correct typo omission – “ID 2459 TORONTOLITE”
