I am appalled to see the US Government and major media busy with “Equity”. “Critical Race Theory”, and “de fund the Police”. What I do not see from them is attention to the rising crime rates in American cities, Racism in the form of Antisemitism and discrimination against Asians. Much attention is given to a claim that Donald Trump is responsible for everything from Corona to road pot-holes. America has rejoined the movement to limit emissions that may cause “global warming” and that places more restrictions on the US than on almost any other country. America seems bent on appeasing Iran and allowing Iran to enrich Uranium beyond the level needed for peaceful applications and not requiring any limitations on the development of long range missiles by “Iran that can threaten the entire world. North Korea benefited from a similar policy and is now in a position to blackmail Japan, Taiwan, and the USA. The US was actually energy independent once. Seems like that’s not true now. The US government emphasizes granting “civil rights” to illegal immigrants and not curtailing entry into the US for people that include human traffickers, drug smugglers, and even simple petty criminals who return time after time even when they have been deported.
If I had not already chosen to live outside the US I would surely be very tempted to make such a move now, and it probably wouldn’t make too much difference where I decided to go because there are so many countries that appear safer. President Biden, get your priorities straightened out. The problems that must be solved are those that affect ALL Americans equally (try starting with DEFENDING the Police) and bring people together rather than dividing them.
